Wind turbine special tooling design

Customer design requirements:

There is no blading bolt torque construction platform in the hub, it is dangerous and the construction efficiency is low when the construction technicians secure the torque of bolts, so it is necessary to design the construction platform to fasten the blade bolts. It also meets the following requirements:

• Temporary construction platform. After the blade bolts are secured, it will be recycled and used again.

• Platform can be used by 2 technicians at the same time, bearing capacity ≥225kg.

• The platform is lightweight to ensure the loose parts can be handled by one person, and can be installed and dismantled with two technicians .

• The construction platform will pass through the inlet and exit with technicians, and the hatch size is ∅600 round hole.
