The concrete tower construction platform is applied to the erection operation of the tower section of the concrete tower. The construction platform transported technicians and materials change with the diameter of the tower. The maintenance platform of the concrete tower is a kind of suspension maintenance equipment, which can move up and down along the outer surface of the tower, travel along the suspension wire ropes secured on the suspension points at the top of the wind turbine.

The maintenance platform of the concrete tower is composed of two half platforms (C-type platform), of which the half platform can be controlled and used separately, and one half platform can carry 4 technicians, which is more flexible. The maintenance platform of concrete tower is mainly composed of the suspension points, platform, traction hoist, safety lock, electrical control system, operation wire rope, safety wire rope and so on.

It can effectively solve the problems encountered in the impeller tooling process, and the operation on the tooling base can ensure that the impeller does not overturn during the hoisting process. The tooling adopts split-type mechanism, assembled after entering the field. The tooling supports can be designed according to the weights of impeller and hub. It is especially suitable for construction sites with complex landforms and limited sites, such as forest areas, which can reduce the number of cranes required for assembly, and only one crane can complete the whole erection process, minimizing the impact on the native landforms.

In order to meet the structural strength, the support legs of the fixture bracket are all made of box girder structure with stable and reliable performance. The tooling is directional installation of the impeller, and the structure is installed in the same direction as the brackets. The structural support legs use a quick disassembly structure, which can realize fast and orderly installation, shorten the construction time, and greatly improve the efficiency and safety of the tooling.
